Bike Trip - Day 20: St. Arnaud to Richmond

Today we biked through plot after plot of pine and fur forests, neither of which are native to New Zealand. It was so strange to see clusters of trees, all of equal size and arranged in perfect rows... we got wet (again!) but luckily our biking clothes are all quick-dry and the wind quickly dries us off as long as we just keep moving. Tonight we spotted an old Toyota Hiace for sale, parked just a block away from our motorcamp... took her for a spin, would sure be perfect for the road trip next month, and all the windsurf gear would fit in the back... better sleep on it.

Running total: 967.6 km... ALMOST at the 1000 km mark!!!
