The babes.

Just a quick update. Babes are doing well. Last scan a couple of weeks ago they were 1180 and 1080, a quite acceptable gap and looking good enough to skip week 30 scan. They are kicking and moving about lots to the point of Cheryl getting pretty lousy nights of sleep! We reckon that's just a pretty marginal sample of the mayhem to come.

Cheryl's sister Elaine is coming for a visit and tour of the country. She'll be arriving on Saturday Dec 7 and we are excited to have some company and show her around our City.

How's the snow back home?? :)

Great weights! We're so happy to hear things are progessing so well. Sorry about the restless nights, Cheryl....consider it practice for when the babes arrive!

Have a wonderful visit with Elaine.

Merry Christmas
Good news on the family additions - the BC Bakers have been following your excellent blog closely. Glad you guys have been having way too much fun with life - steel you for the mayhems to come.

Glad Elaine is visiting. Say Hi to her for us.

Snow in Vancouver is on the hills, except for two weeks in November when it was a winter wonderland to sea level. (Yes! November). Since then it has been one strong Pacific Storm aftern another - Pineapple Expresses we call them - barrelling right down on us with Typhoon strenght winds (>120 kph at Pt. Atkinson) and heavy rains.

All is well here though, Stanley Park lost lots of trees and the marina was a bit torn up - but my boat ok.

Cheers and Merry Christmas,

Peter (Baker)

Merry Christmas you two (four!)
From the Stuyt Household in Cherryville! Uncle Stan, Aunt Nancy, Penny, Pete, Marg and ryan. Peter WAS here but left on Thursday to catch New Years in Vancouver and clean up his back yard from waist high piles of branches. Lots of bad windstorms in Vancouver this month. He lost no trees, but... (boat is okay, too) Stanley Park did not fair so well on the West side - lost about 1,000 trees.
Thinking of you in "spring" as we get a real winter this year (since November)
Love
Penny & Pete
