Bailed on it!

Well, in the end, I just wasn't stoked enough about the place in Island Bay, so we bailed on it in the end. The search goes on! Definitely keen on Island Bay - it is a beautiful little suburb right on the ocean. We've decided its worth it to spend a few more bucks to have a view or at least solid sunshine!
