Bike Trip - Day 5: Waiu to Waipara

Brought up our average speed on this boring ride day. Straight roads with lots of trucks. However, arriving in Waikiri, we took a nice break to hike to some Maori paintings, proceeded by the final stretch through stunning Weka Gorge. Re-united with Bernd at the Backpackers and gorged ourselves on fresh homemade bread in the morning.
