Guten Tag from New Ulm, MN

Hey! Reporting from New Ulm, Minnesota. We are spending a few nights here with Cheryl's Dad and family... a very german-based town in southwestern Minnesota. It's a quaint little town surrounded by corn fields as far as the eye can see! And super windy too! Must be blowin' about 25 here today, and sunny and hot... but alas, no water, and no gear.

We spent a couple of days in Tobermory and damn what an awesome spot that is!! We will go back sometime for sure. The water there is ultra-clear, just begging for a SCUBA exploration of the nearby wrecks. We did some hiking around in Bruce Peninsula National Park and it is a great spot. A long water snake bumped into us on the trail to say hello. Tall limestone cliffs line the beautiful clear waters of Georgian Bay.
